Longtime coaches Jan Salisbury and Dawn Monroe started our organization in 2011. The group quickly attracted a select group of coaches in the Treasure Valley, holding monthly meetings to advance the coaching profession and support a local community of coaches. In 2015, we developed our first strategic plan and elected our first Board of Directors. We established the group as an Idaho Nonprofit Corporation in April 2016, and are an IRS 501(c)(6) tax exempt organization. Our fiscal year runs from June 1st through May 31st.

Annual Information Returns
As a 501(c)(6) Tax Exempt organization with annual gross receipts normally less than $50,000.00 we file IRS Form 990-N (e-postcard) after the completion of each fiscal year (June 1 through May 31st). Our most recent 990-N report is available here:
