Bio
My education spans psychology, social work, and computer information systems. I’m a compassionate analyst. I became the executive director of a small nonprofit at 25, and later served in many executive roles on the leadership team of a large nonprofit. I played a lead role in helping the organization realign its business processes in the areas of continuous quality improvement, employee training and development, customer (donor) relationship management systems, revenue stream generation (fundraising strategies) and strategic planning and review.
My first career gave me the opportunity to research and experiment with what works at the crossroads of people, systems, processes, management, and community. Transitioning my experience as an executive in the helping professions to a coaching career was a natural path to serving others in a meaningful second career. From this part of my life, I learned the value of:
A bias towards action
The three pillars of successful organizations – great leadership, high value-creating teams, healthy culture, and
Clarity of purpose, expectations, and desired outcomes
I am an ICF-Certified ACC coach and hold a certificate from the Global Team Coaching Institute as a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach. I focus my practice on leaders, executives, and teams and work with organizations willing to think differently about how to engage their teams to provide greater value to all their stakeholders.
