Accountability is a differentiator for effective coaching.  Once we define goals, elevate awareness  and explore strategize for change, coaches partner with their clients to create accountable actions.   How do we help our clients understand that accountability for change is owned by them?  What are the opportunities for growth when there is no follow-through? How do we help them craft their change management steps to result in success?  Join Allison Dunn and Jan Salisbury as they share their best practices and experiences with clients.

Allison Dunn is the owner of Deliberate Directions, a coaching and leadership development firm located in Boise.  Since 2013, Allison has coached and trained hundreds of business owners and executives to achieve their goals, and take their business to the next level.  In addition to coaching business owners, Allison is a speaker, mentor, Master Certified Engage and Grow Leadership Coach.
