Don't miss our December program  - Building Client Trust, presented by Dana Menlove.

As coaches we are in a sacred contract with the client – one that hinges on trust. To drill down to the bedrock of what cultivates and sustains trust, we have to look closely at awareness – knowing what’s happening beneath the surface and being aware of the effects of our perceptions, feelings, and behaviors. When we commit to actively cultivating and maintaining awareness, we are more capable of building trust with clients by living in integrity, and this goes beyond ‘doing the right thing.’ It means being well-integrated with inner-to-outer congruency, at ease with vulnerability, and able to stay present and respond with a quality of mind most beneficial for our clients.

Awareness is a requisite for integrity, and it requires a finely-tuned capacity for attention. Mindfulness trains attention – as it turns out, exactly the kind of attention that is called for in a trusting coach/client relationship: on-purpose, moment-by-moment, and kind, open, curious and nonjudgmental.

Join Dana in an exploration of how to leverage awareness in building trust with your clients. Your takeaways include a framework for an optimal state of mind to generate connection and trust with your clients as well as a go-to practice for yourself that will nourish your own personal integrity and increase spontaneous satisfaction. And as a bonus – just in time for the holidays – a stress-relief tool that just might change your life.
