Start the New Year off right by attending our January event  - Evolving Our View of Coaching, presented by Tom Hardison.

We'll explore the Coaching in Three Dimensions model created by Paul Lawrence and Allen Moore.

Traditional approaches to coaching focus on the individual and often fail to take into account the broader context and systems in which the person is living and working. Coaching organizations reinforce a set of fundamental skill competencies for coaches to master for one-to-one conversations focusing on the individual and what they can do. They don't address important capabilities and perspectives that coaches also need to be effective, nor different approaches that address systemic elements. As a new professional field, coaching will continue to undergo significant evolution in its practices. By attending this session you will:

-Gain an understanding of the Three Dimensions Model, expanding your perspective of what coaching can be

-Explore the application of the model with colleagues by coaching speciality (business, executive/leadership, health & wellness, life, career, etc.)

-Walk away with greater clarity on opportunities for growth and development as a coach and for your coaching practice

Tom Hardison partners with executives, owners and professionals to create new possibilities as Clear Confident Leaders building Teams that Achieve and Organizations that Thrive.
