3 Strategies for Growing Our Coaching Competencies with a Cross-Cultural Lens.

Presenter: Lisa M. Ong, PCC, CPA

Date: Friday, April 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM MT

Participants will come away with practical tips to increase their awareness of the impact of differences, cultures, values, and beliefs in demonstrating their core coaching competencies. We will learn the following:

1. Explore dimensions of difference and use our curiosity about cultures to explore our individual and organizational cultural lens to build our coaching competencies.

2. To experience the power of cultural conversations to appreciate and recognize differences

3. To bridge cultural differences and coach others beyond the surface-level dimensions
